We are the “data controller” for personal data collected via this website (ads.nayfgroup.com, nayfads.com, nayfgroup.com and their subdomains).
Data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
1. When you book a call via Calendly
Name, email address, timezone, and any answers you provide to Calendly’s booking questions. This data is stored by Calendly, Inc. (a US-based company) and shared with us.
2. When you email us directly
Any information you include in the email — usually your name, email address, company name and the details of your inquiry.
3. Automatically, when you browse the site
Standard technical data collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer. This data is used for infrastructure security, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics.
We also embed content from third parties (Vimeo, Trustpilot, Calendly). When you interact with these embeds, those third parties may collect data about you directly, subject to their own privacy policies.
Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest — to respond to your inquiries, book calls, deliver services, and communicate about the marketing services we provide (B2B legitimate interest).
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, marketing communications, and any newsletter subscription.
- Contract — to deliver any service you engage us for.
How we use your data

- Vimeo, Inc. — video embeds (US)
- Trustpilot A/S — review embeds (EU / Denmark)
Some processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO, or a comparable transfer mechanism.
How long we keep your data
- Inquiry emails and booked calls: up to 3 years from your last contact, unless you become a client (in which case we retain relevant records for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for tax/legal purposes).
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical / analytics data: aggregated data may be retained indefinitely; individual-level data is retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Restriction — ask us to stop processing your data
- Objection — object to our processing under legitimate interest
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where consent is the legal basis
