How does the Performance Partner % actually work?
Before we start, we agree a clean baseline — a 3 to 12-month average of your Amazon revenue. Once we're live, we charge a percentage of the incremental sales uplift above that baseline (discussed and agreed with each client before we work together). If sales don't lift above baseline, we don't get paid.
What happens as my catalogue grows?
Catalogue size dictates workload, so 3-Month Trial pricing scales with parent-ASIN count. Up to 3 ASINs starts at $2,200/month, and we scope larger catalogues case-by-case on the audit call. Performance Partner pricing is structurally different — it scales naturally with your growth, not your catalogue size.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Most clients start on the 3-Month Trial to establish baselines and prove the playbook works on their account, then transition into a Performance Partnership once the data is clear. Some do the reverse — start performance-aligned, then add fixed-fee work as scope expands.
What's the contract length?
The 3-Month Trial is exactly that — a rolling 3-month engagement, then month-to-month after. Performance Partnerships are also rolling monthly. There's no lock-in on either model — you can fire us any time. We earn the relationship every month by continuing to deliver.
